Phil Cypret: Chief Instructor
Phil has 35 years classroom experience teaching aeronautics, aircraft maintenance, and pilot ground schools. He has over 4,000 hours of flight instruction in airplanes and helicopters. He holds a commercial pilot certificate- Airplane, Instrument, SEL, MEL, SES, MES, Helicopter, Glider, Certificated Flight Instructor certificate- A, I, ME, Helicopter, Basic and Advanced ground instructor certificates, Flight Engineer- Turbojet certificate, Aircraft dispatcher certificate, A&P certificate, and Remote pilot- SUAS certificate.
Paul Oseruga: CFII, MEI
Paul holds ATP, CFII, and MEI ratings, has an AS in Aviation Science, 2500 hours total time, and has provided 2000 hours of dual instruction.

David Haughton: BGI
David is an FAA Certificated Mechanic (Airframe & Powerplant), Private Pilot (ASEL), and Ground Instructor (Basic). He has an Associate of Science in Aeronautics from Sacramento City College and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Cal Poly State University. He is currently employed as an aircraft mechanic supporting CAL FIRE's Aviation Management Unit based at McClellan Airport.
For Flying Panther's he volunteers time to assist with aircraft maintenance, IT, and ground instruction and has served as the President of the Board of Directors and several other staff positions. He is currently working toward Instrument and a Multi-Engine ratings and has plans to pursue Commercial and CFI certificates.
In the past David worked as a Computer Engineer and still dabbles in computer technology when he's not busy traveling or camping with his wife and two young daughters.
